What do I get with the ICF Level 1 ACC credential Path Program?Level 1 course for ACC credentials provides 65 coach training hours, 5 observed sessions with written feedback for 3 of them, 10 mentoring sessions with 3 of them being one-hour individual sessions, and performance evaluation at the ACC level. With Level 1 certification, you’ll be able to apply for your ACC credentials with ICF without having to submit the recording of your coaching session for evaluation by ICF—since evaluation is done as a part of your program.

Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Basic Requirements: 60+ hours of education and 100+ hours of coaching experience. What credentials do your instructors have?All Instructors are PCC level or higher and are certified evaluators with the ICF and have years of experience working in various industries so that your learning experience is diverse intense, and relative to our current society.

How are classes offered?Most classes are offered online. For classes that are in person, it will be stipulated on the registration page. All virtual coach training classes must be attended live, and your camera MUST be on to get credit for attending each course. This is mandatory to maintain and uphold the accreditation process of each course.

What is your participation policy?Participation Policy Success * Please review carefully as these requirements are mandatory based on accreditation policy guidelines. Freeman Coaching Academy, LLC programs require full commitment from all participants. By enrolling in this course, participants agree to be fully present during all sessions and participate to the best of their ability. This includes arriving on time, abiding by the code of conduct, and engaging in course activities. Attendance In order to provide you with the minimum required training hours for certification, it is important that you are present at all course meetings. FOR ONLINE COURSES YOU MUST HAVE YOUR CAMERA ON AND BE VISIBLE DURING ALL SESSIONS TO RECEIVE CREDIT FOR THE CLASS TIME. In-person classes require the student to be present in the classroom unless there are authorized breaks. If you have an emergency or become ill and are not able to attend a coaching session, please contact your instructor and Genique Freeman, Owner or class instructor immediately. You will be expected to complete the session materials, review the session recording, and complete a coaching session outside the live session to make up for the missed session (IF THIS OPTION HAS BEEN APPROVED)

Why can I not watch the recordings vs attend the live sessions?The ICF (International Coaching Federation) requirements for the purpose of a credential are that the sessions are live and interactive. There are some asynchronous elements to our programs, research, and coaching practice which is in addition to the live portion.

What happens if I cannot make a scheduled class?We understand that life happens, and we have a policy for making up classes so that you can still receive credit for the content that you may have missed. This is based on the availability of a make-up schedule and is reviewed when the first day of class starts. The ICF allows us to offer based on the situation the option to listen to the recording of the class you missed and provide a report and documentation. In addition to that Freeman Coaching Academy implements a verbal test as well given by the instructor to make sure that the content you missed is understood. In cases where the number of missed hours falls below the ICF requirement for graduation, a retake of the specific missed classes may be utilized. A fee may apply.

What is your illness policy?In order to provide you with the minimum required training hours for certification, it is important that you are present at all course meetings. If you have an emergency or become ill and are not able to attend a coaching session, please contact your instructor Genique Freeman at info@freemancoachingacademy.com immediately. You will be expected to complete the session materials, review the session recording, and complete a coaching session outside the live session to make up for the missed session. If you need to miss more than 1 hour of the course, you will have the option to work with the instructor to cover the missed material at your own expense or register for another course. If you miss more than 1 hour of mentor coaching, you will need to arrange and pay for individual mentor coaching sessions to complete the required 10 hours of mentor coaching to satisfy the International Coaching Federation requirements. Petitions to this policy are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing to the instructor and Freeman Coaching Academy, LLC.

What is your Payment, Fees, and Cancellation Policy?All registrations are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. Your registration for a course is dependent upon receipt of full payment. We accept payment online from all major credit cards. All payments will be in (USD). Refund Policy Cancellation of a course must be made a minimum of 20 business days prior to the course to be eligible for a refund minus a processing fee that includes charges that Freeman Coaching Academy LLC will not recoup if a student cancels. The amount deducted will be $100 and 4% which includes credit card fees. Cancellations made less than 8 business days before the course are not eligible for a refund. A written request can be submitted to info@freemancoachingacademy.com to have credit for a future course based on availability within 6 months of the date that the original program was canceled. Program dates vary so there is no guarantee of being able to reschedule but the best efforts will be made. Students Written notice of cancellation shall be effective on the date the withdrawal is received by Freeman Coaching Academy, LLC via email at info@freemancoachingacademy.com Refunds will be made within 30 days following receipt of cancellation or withdrawal requests. If there are any questions about payment, refunds, or cancellations please contact us before registration. Registration and payment acknowledge the policies listed.
