Class Description: This comprehensive hands-on virtual training program is ideal for individuals who are interested in pursuing an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Level 1 course for the ACC credential path provides 63 coach training hours, 5 observed sessions with written feedback for 3 of them, 10 mentoring sessions, 7 group coaching hours 3 of them being one- hour individual sessions with a PCC ICF trained assessor and a recorded coaching
session after completing the required coaching hours performance evaluation at the ACC level. With Level 1 certification, you’ll be able to apply for your ACC credentials with ICF after completing the required coaching sessions and  submitting your recording for evaluation. The tape evaluation is done at Freeman Coaching Academy. (This will be discussed before you are enrolled in the course please contact us to speak to a coach advisor)​​

Timeframe:  If you are pursuing a coaching credential, time will vary based on the additional requirements. Students will complete the required coaching and mentoring hours with their program. Duration: 2 months of intense education practice and training (Weekends and Nights available). Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as well as Tuesday and Thursday evenings (Synchronous learning) Additional hours are achieved through class assignments, coaching practice, and other independent practice (Asynchronous learning)
