(Non-Credential Path)
Class Description: This is ideal for individuals that are interested in understanding and developing coach standards and practices in professional settings but not pursuing a credential. The skills developed in this course help establish effective ways to implement core competencies, practical application, and sustainable changes for clients. All industries can benefit from this core class of coaching. After completion, students will earn 30 hours that they can utilize toward an ICF credential.
Timeframe: If you are pursuing a coaching credential, time will vary based on the additional requirements. Students will complete the 60 hours needed for an ICF credential in 4 weeks. 10 hours of mentor coaching is required. This will have to be documented by an ICF-credentialed coach before being received.
Duration: 2 weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Weekends and Nights available).
